この頃は充実した楽しい忙しさでも、寝不足が続いていて身体の疲れがちゃんととれてないな〜
と感じたので、「今日はタスクを一旦置いといて、したいと思うことしかしない!!
自分の心と身体のリセット & OFF DAYにする!!」と決めた朝に撮影しました ！！笑
どんなに忙しくても、
やっぱりセルフケアができないと仕事をする意味も本末転倒なので、
